Recipes are perfect every time
I've always been to scared to make pastry but this book makes it simple. The empanada recipe is so good that my Brazilian neighbours asked if I'm going to start and Empanada shop. I highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to upskill in all things pastry. Delicious!
