Returns and Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you have received the wrong book or the book arrived damaged, please contact us within 5 business days from the delivery date. We are happy to replace them at no cost.

Change of mind

Please choose carefully as we do not provide refunds for purchases where an incorrect book was placed on the order or for a change of mind.

Returns

You have 5 business days to return an item from the date you received it.

Please contact us to initiate a return before posting the book back to us.

Firm sale titles, some specialist titles, and print on demand titles may not be eligible for returns (except for valid claims under the Consumer Guarantees Act).

For a return to be approved, the book must be in the original condition that you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to be processed.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
