Can I pay by invoice?

What is the return policy?

Returns and refunds are accepted under some conditions. You can read our full policy here. Please contact us to initiate a return/refund.

How much does postage cost?

When will I receive my order?

Most items are either in stock or available from local suppliers and shipped within 1-6 business days. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for delivery within NZ or 2-4 weeks for international delivery.

Some items may need to be ordered from international suppliers. In this case it could take 2-3 weeks to dispatch your order.

What do I do if I received a defective product?

We will replace or refund damaged or faulty items. Please contact us within 5 business days from the delivery date.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

If you want to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
