Chronicles of Paki: The First Kiwi Christmas

It takes us back to December 1814. It is nearly Christmas time and a boat is riding the waves toward the top of Aotearoa New Zealand. There is no Santa Claus or reindeer in this story. Instead there is an invitation based on trust, a hui, a story, and friendship — along with some excitable horses and impatient cows.
