Academy Books is an online book shop and does not hold any stock on hand - all ordered items are sourced from suppliers once a customer order is accepted. The stated availability of an item indicates the time taken before the item will be ready to dispatch to you, and takes into account the time taken to receive the item from the supplier. To estimate arrival to you, allow an additional 1-2 business days for courier delivery within NZ, and 2-4 weeks for air mail delivery of international orders (on rare occasions, international delivery can take up to six weeks).
As soon as your order is dispatched you will be notified by email.
Orders delivered within New Zealand are delivered by courier. Rural addresses can take longer for delivery.
We are unable to deliver orders to New Zealand Post Boxes and Rural Delivery addresses.
We do offer returns on a case-by-case basis, and only if the book is returned to us in a re-saleable condition.
